Dealer Service Rep

The Breakdown:

The Dealer Service Rep is responsible for providing the ultimate in customer service and managing relationships with our wholesale partners as well as our global offices.  This position is internal and located in Carpinteria, CA.

What You Get To Do:

• Performs Order Entry into ERP system for all Custom and Stock surfboard orders.
• Acts as main point of contact (email and telephone) for all wholesale inquiries
• Monitors and ensures all orders for our global offices are correct and processed.
• Works closely with Sales and Production departments on orders and commitments.
• Is proficient with our B2B online processing tool in order to assist our retail accounts as needed.
• Cross trains with our Rider Service, Front Desk and Warehouse departments.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Surfboard knowledge a must preferably with CI boards.
• Excellent communication skills both by phone and email.
• Team player with high standard for quality of work and a “can do” attitude combined with a high sense of urgency
• Strong communication/customer service skills.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effectively prioritize workload
• Ability to multitask
• College degree and/or 2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.

Assistant Women’s Buyer
Location: Santa Barbara, CA

The Breakdown:

We are looking for customer service driven, fashion focused, and hardworking retail associate to assist our Women’s Buyer with the duties associated in planning, managing, selecting, and purchasing new goods and merchandise that are sold in our flagship retail store. Categories include women’s clothing, footwear, soft goods, and accessories.

What You Get To Do:

      • Provide a premium customer experience through a friendly smile and product knowledge on the sales floor
        • Job is 80% on sales floor 20% reporting/computer work
      • Process and compile return authorizations
      • Analyze inventory to ensure quantities are kept at appropriate levels

The Breakdown:

We are searching for a qualified salesperson to join our Channel Islands Retail team. This position is responsible for maintaining customer service standards and complying with all Channel Islands procedures in meeting sale goals and carrying out daily operations. The position is also responsible for supporting management and staff in the implementations of promotions, visuals, store maintenance and all other sales functions. Basic surf knowledge and some retail experience preferred. Positive attitude and the willingness to learn Is a must.

Warehouse Associate
Location: Carpinteria, CA

The Breakdown:

Warehouse Associate is responsible to package and ship products including surfboards and to receive goods into the warehouse. Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. $15/hour.

What You Get To Do:

      • Picking and Packing of each shipment
      • Receive goods and put away
      • Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
      • Work alongside our warehouse team

What you will bring to the team:

      • Good attitude and willingness to learn!
      • Team player with high standard for quality of work and a “can do” attitude combined with a high sense of urgency
      • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Ability to effectively prioritize workload
