Simply print out and complete the Fast Track Order form attached and take it to your local Channel Islands Dealer so we can start shaping your board ASAP. How it Works :

What is “Fast Track?”

Fast Track is a custom board program where CI builds your custom board in 4 to 6 weeks. (in the contiguous 48 states)
Right now our average Fast Track custom is built in 23 days and ships within 45 days

What Can I Order?

Click “Fast Track Approved” link to download the chart of board models. This selection of boards is always growing. PU only, no epoxy. You can specify dimensions, tail shape, fins, glass weight and logos. Sorry no airbrushes that adds time.

How do I order?

Download the fast track order form and take into any authorized CI dealer to place an order. Or simply let the dealer know you want it "Fast Tracked".
Once the dealer sends your order into CI, we will send you a confirmation and serial number by e-mail. (Make sure to put your e-mail on the fast track order form)

Is my board done yet?

Use the board tracker on the CI website by entering your serial number to watch the progress of your board. http://cisurfboards.com/boardsearch/search.asp

Once the board is done, make sure to call your dealer right away. Your shop needs to authorize the delivery of the board. http://cisurfboards.com/dealer_usa_west.asp

What if my board is not a Fast Track?

Rest assured we still do our best to get your custom board done. Non-Fast Track PU boards take about 8 weeks. Epoxy about 12 weeks. Longer if you have extras like channels, airbrush, tints, or gloss coats.

What is the Board tracker?

You can track the progress of ANY custom board by entering the serial number into http://cisurfboards.com/boardsearch/search.asp If you don not yet have your serial number, contact info@cisurfboards.com with your name, board model, and the shop your placed the order at to have your serial number e-mailed to you.

Once you see your board done, call your dealer!
