The New Flyer
For 2013 Channel Islands has modernized the Flyer into a shorter and wider package. This new plan-shape allows for the same volume in a shorter rail line.
DFR
No, not the “Dane Fred Rubble” the DFR is a new design from Dane freaking Reynolds. An ultra-modern short board, the plan-shape allows for a short rail line while maintaining drive.
Semi Pro 12
Fine-tuned during the course of Kelly’s 2011 campaign, the Semi-Pro 12 comes from Kelly’s wider forward outline which incorporates a 12″ nose
Fred Rubble

The Dagger
The Dagger is a result of Taylor Knox looking to loosen up his small wave surfing.

The Whip
This is Kelly and Al’s re-worked version of the Flyer, with a few secret changes. This board is faster and more forgiving.
The Tangent
The Tangent is the board design that Kelly consistently relied on in 2008 to get the job done during his 9th world title run.
The Proton
Voted the 2009 board of the year by SIMA, The Proton is a result of Dane’s design work in late 2007.
The Rookie
Like the Proton for Dane, the Rookie is designed around state-of the- art surfing by a powerful surfer and has a full rail with a curvy outline.
MBM Plus
The MBM+ is an updated version the MBM. Working closely with team riders, Al modified the bottom contours to create the MBM +
The Flyer I
A worldwide favorite, this design excels in small to medium surf but still rides and responds like a conventional shortboard.
The Flyer II
From 2000 to 2009 the Flyer II was considered the most versatile shortboard we made. Now available as a custom-only design.
Fort Knox
The Fort Knox is the board Taylor rode during 2009 and 2010. Taylor describes this board as “the fastest board I have ever ridden”.
The M4
Flat entry rocker, increased tail kick, full rail, and single concave.
MBM
Originally developed with Bobby Martinez in 2004, the M-BM became a popular board for advanced surfers over the next five years
K Board
The K-board for 2008 incorporates Kelly’s new “K-thumb”, a tail derived from refining several of Kelly’s past favorite tail templates.
K Step-Up
When the waves get a little bigger or powerful, but you don’t quite need a gun, this is the board.
K Small
For 2008, Kelly jumped over to a new tweaked version of Flyer rocker. We added the Ksmall Thumb to complete a board that became Kelly’s small wave favorite.
