Channel Islands Surfboards is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator for our wholesale location in Carpinteria, CA. The primary responsibility for this job is to provide the ultimate in customer service on the phone, face to face and via email to both CI visitors and customers.

What you'll be doing on a daily basis:

• Reception
• Order entry of all internal customer and industry orders.
• Admin assistant to the General Manager.
• Online customer service
• Daily filing and sending of invoices.
• Daily creation of ATS report
• Inventory Counts
• Planning of company events

What you'll bring to the team:

• College degree and/or 2 years related experience.
• Highly motivated, friendly and upbeat.
• Excellent communication skills both by phone and email.
• Team player with high standard for quality of work and a “can do” attitude
• Strong communication/customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and duties.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Surfboard knowledge a must preferably with CI boards.
• SAP experience is a plus.
