Dealer Service Rep

The overall goal of this position is to leave customers floored by the level of service and expertise provided. The Dealer Service Rep is responsible for providing the ultimate in customer service and managing relationships with our wholesale partners as well as our global offices.

What You Get to Do:

• Performs Order Entry into ERP system for all Custom and Stock surfboard orders.
• Acts as the main point of contact (email and telephone) for all wholesale inquiries
• Monitors and ensures all orders for our global offices are correct and processed
• Works closely with Sales and Production departments on orders and commitments.
• Is proficient with our wholesale online ordering tool (BIN) in order to assist our retail accounts as needed.
• Cross trains with our Rider Service, Front Desk and Warehouse departments.

E-Commerce Coordinator

he Breakdown:

As our E-Commerce Coordinator, you will coordinate site administration and assist in operations for In addition, you will be responsible for tracking sales, traffic performance, maintaining CRM programs, providing detailed analytical reporting and solutions to enhance site experience. This position will ensure there is a positive customer experience at all touch points on and related sites by organizing efforts with the customer service department.

What You Get to Do: 

  • Optimize website layout, navigation, features and functionality based on analysis of web traffic and customer data.
  • Coordinate and oversee contracted web services (SLTWTR) and CRM affiliate partners.
  • Drive sales conversion through optimization of marketing messages, promotions, CRM.
  • Maintain by adding, removing and organizing product.
  • Produce and communicate daily sales reports using SAP and BI reporting tools.
  • Work with our customer service department to improve processes and service based on customer feedback.
  • Assist in executing marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Facilitate testing of changes in regards to E-Commerce related functionality.
  • Maintain customer database.
  • Help develop processes to maximize operations. 

What You’ll Bring to the Team: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Business. 
  • 2-3 years of E-Commerce experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Prior Retail, marketing, catalog or direct mail experience desired.
  • Experience in board sports industry preferred.

Part-time Year Round Sales Associate

We are searching for qualified salespeople to work in our Channel Islands Flagship Store. This position is responsible for maintaining customer service standards and complying with all CI procedures in meeting sales goals and protecting company assets.

The position is also responsible for supporting management and staff in the implementation of promotions, visuals, store maintenance, and all other sales functions.

Successful candidates will have 1-3 years retail experience, be out-going and energetic and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. A strong background and knowledge of surf products and an application are required.
