When are we going to get to know the actual shaper to the stars? We know it’s not Al anymore, and the guy shaping for kelly, dane, tom, yadin, bobby ect.. must be a great shaper with some really good theories and ideas. It’s kinda a shame that this man is relatively unknown. Let us know who they are and what their story is.

Al does still oversee development. But rather than one guy, we use a team of shapers which have at least 20 years experience each, as well as a top of the line CAD system and an athlete based philosophy.

no, the shaper just wrote that on the stringer. We name all proto team boards as it is easier for the surfer to remember the name of the board and provide feedback rather than a serial number.
